Welcome to Dirt Bike Nation. Our mission is to provide a safe, family-friendly environment where riders of all ages and skill levels can develop their skills, build friendships, and enjoy the sport of motocross. By entering the property, every rider and guest agrees to follow these rules.

Safety is everyone's responsibility.

All riders and guests must follow instructions from Dirt Bike Nation staff at all times.

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.

The following equipment is required while operating a motorcycle or ATV on any riding area:

• DOT or Snell approved helmet 
• Goggles or approved eye protection 
• Riding boots that cover the ankles 
• Long pants 
• Long sleeves or approved riding jersey 
• Gloves 

Chest protectors, knee protection, neck braces, and elbow guards are strongly recommended.

Every rider must complete the required liability waiver before riding.

Minors must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required paperwork before participating.

Ride responsibly.

Do not attempt obstacles beyond your current skill level.

Respect slower riders and beginners.

Aggressive or reckless riding will not be tolerated.

Ride only in the designated direction.

No stopping on jumps, landings, or blind corners.

If you fall:

• Move yourself to safety immediately if possible. 
• Remove your motorcycle from the track as quickly as it is safe to do so. 
• Signal approaching riders if necessary. 

Never ride backward on any track.

Maximum speed: 5 MPH

No wheelies, burnouts, racing, or reckless driving in the pits.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Parents are encouraged to support their riders.

Coaching from the sidelines should never interfere with staff instruction or rider safety.

Please respect all designated spectator areas.

Treat fellow riders, guests, volunteers, and staff with respect.

Harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Help us keep DBN clean.

Please:

• Pack out what you pack in. 
• Use trash receptacles. 
• Respect landscaping and improvements. 
• Do not damage fences, gates, irrigation, or equipment. 

Intentional property damage will be the responsibility of the individual involved.

Quiet Hours:

10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Please respect neighboring campers.

Generators should only be used when necessary.

Keep campsites clean.

Campfires are permitted only when local fire restrictions allow and must never be left unattended.

Friendly pets are welcome.

Pets must:

• Remain under control. 
• Be leashed unless otherwise permitted. 
• Be cleaned up after immediately. 

Aggressive animals may be asked to leave.

No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anyone appearing impaired will not be allowed to ride.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.

Firearms and other weapons must remain secured and handled in accordance with Washington law.

Unsafe handling of any weapon is prohibited.

Drone operation requires prior approval from Dirt Bike Nation management.

Unauthorized drone flights may interfere with rider safety.

By entering the property, guests acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during events and activities.

These images may be used by Dirt Bike Nation for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

If you have concerns regarding photography, please speak with management.

Motorcycles and ATVs should be maintained in safe operating condition.

Machines leaking excessive fuel or fluids may be removed from riding areas until repaired.

Track conditions may change due to:

• Rain 
• Wind 
• Dust 
• Maintenance 
• Safety concerns 

Management may delay, modify, or close riding areas at any time.

In the event of an emergency:

• Notify the nearest staff member immediately. 
• Follow instructions from emergency personnel. 
• Keep access roads clear for emergency vehicles. 

Dirt Bike Nation is built on community.

Members are expected to:

• Welcome new riders. 
• Encourage safe riding. 
• Respect coaches and volunteers. 
• Leave the facility better than they found it. 

Dirt Bike Nation reserves the right to refuse service, suspend memberships, remove guests, or deny future access to anyone whose behavior jeopardizes the safety, enjoyment, or operation of the facility.
