Dirt Bike Nation (DBN)

Welcome to Dirt Bike Nation (“DBN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, reserving riding sessions, attending events, or entering DBN property, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or participate in DBN activities.

1. Assumption of Risk

Motocross and off-road riding are inherently dangerous activities that involve serious risk of injury, permanent disability, or death.

By entering Dirt Bike Nation property or participating in any riding session, coaching, camp, or event, you voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to:

• Collisions with other riders
• Track hazards and changing terrain
• Equipment failure
• Weather-related conditions
• Serious injury or death
   

2. Medical Insurance Not Provided

Dirt Bike Nation does not provide or supply medical insurance coverage for riders, guests, or spectators.

All participants are solely responsible for maintaining their own medical insurance coverage before riding.

If you are unsure whether you have adequate insurance coverage, you should not ride or participate in any motorsport activities at DBN.

3. Waivers and Release of Liability

All riders and guests must sign a liability waiver prior to riding or entering restricted areas.

Parents or legal guardians must sign waivers for minors.

Participation is not permitted without a completed waiver.

4. Memberships and Reservations

DBN operates as a membership-based riding club. Membership is required for all riders.

• Memberships are non-transferable 
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated 
• Riding sessions may require advance reservations 
• DBN reserves the right to revoke membership for unsafe conduct or rule violations
   

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases are final, including memberships, track fees, camps, merchandise, and sponsorships.

DBN does not offer refunds for:

• Missed reservations
• Weather-related closures 
• Voluntary non-attendance
• Credits may be issued at DBN’s sole discretion.

6. Track Closures and Schedule Changes

DBN may modify hours or close the facility due to:

• Weather 
• Safety concerns
• Maintenance 
• Special events
• We are not liable for inconvenience or related costs.

7. Conduct and Community Standards

DBN is a family-friendly facility. Riders and guests must maintain respectful conduct.

Unsafe riding, harassment, drugs/alcohol, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Minors and Parent Responsibility

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and conduct of minor riders.

DBN staff and coaches are not acting as childcare providers or legal guardians.

9. Sponsorship and Partnership Terms

All sponsorships and signage placements are governed by separate written agreements.

DBN reserves the right to approve or decline partnerships based on alignment with our mission and community standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirt Bike Nation LLC and its owners, staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or property use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
