• Developing sustainable, high-quality tracks designed for progression and long-term durability
• Expanding rider training with indoor and outdoor workout areas
• Investing in essential equipment to maintain and improve the facility
• Building a true clubhouse space for riders, parents, and spectators to gather
• Adding showers and laundry amenities for families and long-term guests staying on-site
